The relationship between couples ultimately changes after having a baby. Both the positive and negative changes start to see in couples which may hamper your marriage life itself. Couples face so many challenges rising their baby. There will be both emotional and physical changes seen in the new moms. Shifting from a couple to a family of three, or possibly more, can be one of the most significant transformations you face when you become a parent. While there are challenges in bringing up a baby — during the first year, in particular, some couples grow stronger as they find a new respect for each other as parents and share experiences that bind them together. 1. Ups and Downs in a relationship are unavoidable

The birth of a child can result in the loss of two individuals who were the most significant in each other's life while adding a third person who is as vital to consider. After having a child, most parents deal with the fact that their partner no longer prioritizes them, which will cause some changes in the marriage after having the baby. New mothers often feel as though they vanish after having a baby since everyone is so preoccupied with the newborn. Tiredness is one of the most frequent causes of conflict and relationship problems after giving birth to a child. A mother's daily life is greatly impacted by not getting enough sleep. Both parents' roles alter after having a child, and they also experience personality changes. They believe their partners do not share their excitement. Thus, it is important to identify potential role changes and how they may affect both parents' feelings. Being a parent is one of the hardest things to accomplish, and it may cause a lot of ups and downs in a relationship. 2. Physical relationships become a distant memory

After giving birth, you had to wait at least six weeks before having sex because your body had undergone a lot of changes. Returning to normal can occasionally take longer. Negative changes in marriage after having a baby may be brought on by exhaustion, worry, mood swings, possible dryness, and a lack of passion. If you are not ready, there is no need to rush; however, you should at the very least be open and honest with your partner about what is happening so that they do not assume that the lack of intimacy is their fault or that it will continue to be this way forever. After having a baby, the lifestyles of every couple change so relation may become bad. As you don't have enough sleep you feel tired and grumpy. But when your children make you laugh, smile and worry like you never had before, it brings your partner closer than before. When you started feeling about having created a life together and taking care of that life as a team will bond you two in a whole new way. The birth of a baby may bring some relationships with friends and family closer than you expect, and others might become more distant or challenging.

4. You started loving your baby more than your partner

After having a baby there will be some distance between couples. It hurt the husband's feelings as the new mom wanted to be around the baby only at all times. Even at some points, new moms forget that their partner exists too. Try not to let it get in between you. Travel plans won't be the same as before after having a baby. You should also take care of finances if you are planning on bringing your children with you if you have someone to babysit. Also while travelling with children you should choose a place which has family-friendly vibes. Your ability to travel also changes as you aren't able to go to places without careful planning. If the kids get sick then you have to drop your weekend plan too. But yes this won't be forever changed, just for the next few years when the babies are little.

From buying diapers to other stuff for a new baby more money is spent as well responsibility becomes doubled. Usually, money becomes huge stress for new parents as they believe they don't have enough money to raise a family, and they just freak out which bring some changes in marriage after having a baby. In this case, instead of taking pressure about money couples should take a step back and talk to a friend about what they want for the family or themselves. Whatever your choices just decide together and always keep in mind that you are spending less money in some areas than you used to such as on movies, eating out clothes, and vacations which help to save money.
